About Our Agency

Family-focused home care built on transparency, flexibility, and trust.

Our Story

Caregiving Solutions of California was founded to fix what's broken in traditional home care: rigid hourly minimums, mismatched caregivers, and families left in the dark. Based in Loma Linda and serving the entire Inland Empire, we help older adults return home safely after hospitalization, manage chronic conditions, and stay independent in the homes they love.

Specialized Recovery Care

Specialized Recovery Care — The P.A.T.H. Method

For clients returning home after a hospital stay, rehab facility, or surgical procedure, we go beyond standard caregiving. Our P.A.T.H. Method is a structured four-pillar recovery framework — Prevent Setbacks, Assist Recovery, Track Changes, and Help Restore Independence — developed specifically for the high-risk post-discharge period. It is evidence-informed, nurse-coordinated, and built around one goal: keeping your loved one safely home and out of the hospital.
