By using this website and submitting your information you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 please do not submit any personal information through this website.

For caregiver employment applications: All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for employment with Caregiving Solutions of California in accordance with California labor law and home care agency regulations.

Caregiving Solutions of California is a licensed non-medical home care organization (HCO #364700138) serving San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. We provide non-medical home care services, including personal care assistance, companion care, meal preparation, transportation support, medication reminders, and post-hospital recovery support through our P.A.T.H. Method framework.

We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis, treatment, or any service requiring a licensed clinician. Information presented on our website, including risk calculators, care quizzes, and cost estimators, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or a clinical assessment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

You agree to use our website lawfully and only for purposes permitted by these Terms. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the website, submit false or misleading information, or use the website to transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Caregiving Solutions of California related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, care coordination, application updates, customer service, and related transactional communications.

Opt In

Opt-in is provided when you affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website or otherwise provide express written consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caregiving Solutions of California from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the website or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
